Tammy's story usually starts in the kitchen. Long before our bayfront windows ever filled with sunset light, she spent decades in hospitality learning how a simple plate, served with care, can change the feel of a whole room. That experience lives in every charcuterie board, sandwich, flatbread, and tea tower that leaves our tiny kitchen.
